Just a quick note to let people know, Slimming World have added the new Allinson High Fibre White Bread as a healthy B choice. Yes really WHITE BREAD!!, just be aware that due to the size of the slices this only applies to ONE SLICE ONLY so don't get caught out!! xxxxxxxx
